Polycultural Immigrant & Community Services (PICS) is a non-profit community based agency assisting local community of immigrants in their settlement and integration process. Our offices are located in Etobicoke, South Toronto, Scarborough and Mississauga.

At each of our five major centres there are settlement workers who provide valuable information to newcomers about social service programs, housing, healthcare, immigration and settlement issues normally faced by newcomers; they also make referrals to other community services as necessary. We offer interpretation and translation services, and PICS certifies documents and affidavits.
