Media Pass
Media participation at the Jobs Canada Fair is subject to accreditation and legal approval by Management.
Accreditation is strictly reserved for authorized members of the press - print media,
photo, radio, TV, film and news agencies - who fully meet Jobs Canada media accreditation requirements and who were provided media pass.


VIDEOGRAPHY, PHOTOGRAPHY & BRAODCASTING :
Not permitted for non registered exhibitors, medias, organizations and visitors.

Photography, videotaping, televising or any reproduction of any kind of Jobs Canada Fair ( attendees, booth display, exhibitors interview, job seeker feed-backs, etc...) is not permitted in any circumstances for unregistered and unauthorized Exhibitors, Medias, Organizations and Visitors during and after the Job Fair, at the venue where the Fair is held or 10km distance from the venue (hotel, convention centre, etc) .



Videography, Photography and Broadcasting is authorized and permitted ONLY under the following terms & conditions:

  • Fair Management authorizes Exhibitors and Medias to photograph and videotape The Job Fair ONLY TO PROMOTE POSITIVELY its recruiting activities and good experiences toward any communication (websites, social media, newsletters, television, radio, etc.). In all circumstances when doing so, Exhibitors and Medias agrees and must mention and identify on each photo, images, videos, articles or documentation the name of Jobs Canada Fair (Jobs Canada)

  • Fair Management strictly prohibit Exhibitors and Medias to promote, market or advertise any photos or videos of the Fair for its own property interest and/or to obtain any commercial benefit. In all circumstances, Exhibitor, Visitor and Media agrees to respect and protect all images, photos, videos and documents of the Fair in all under the copyright law in Canada that governs the rights of use and protects the Fair against any fraudulent use and misleading information.

  • The Exhibitor and Media authorizes Fair Management to photograph and videotape the Fair in All for improvement and development of the Fair and future events organized by Fair Management as well as for commercial purposes that can be used in any communication (websites, newsletters, social media, marketing/sales documentations, the Fair’s website, emails, mails, Internet, etc.). In all circumstances when doing so, Fair Management AGREES, ACCEPTS, AND GUARANTEES to use all photography and videos in a POSITIVE way that will not be a detriment the corporate image of the Exhibitor’s booth(s), representatives, branding, etc.)



COPYRIGHT

Media, Visitors and Exhibitors agrees and accepts that any communication, documentation and marketing material (Exhibitors’ Manual, flyers, Registration Forms, emails, phone calls, video or radio interviews, etc.) received by Fair Management through email, mail and/or other means of transmission before, during and after the Fair is exclusively limited, admitted and authorized for the purpose of ONLY TO PROMOTE POSITIVELY its recruiting activities and good experiences toward any communication (websites, social media, newsletters, newspapers, magazine, television, radio, etc.). In all circumstances when doing so, visitors, exhibitors and medias agrees and must mention and identify on each photo, images, videos, radio, interviews, articles or documentation the name of Jobs Canada Fair or Jobs Canada.

Medias, Visitors and Exhibitors agrees and accepts that any communications, documentations, images, photos, videos and interviews taken on site at the Job Fair, is ONLY TO PROMOTE POSITIVELY its recruiting activities and good experiences toward any communication (websites, social media, newspapers, television, radio, etc.). In all circumstances when doing so, Visitors, Exhibitors and Medias agrees and must mention and identify on each photo, images, videos, articles or documentation the name of Jobs Canada Fair (Jobs Canada).



ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Failure to comply with all of these terms, conditions, regulations, agreements and Fair’s copyright regarding videography, photography and broadcasting, the Exhibitor, Visitors and Medias strictly authorized Fair Management to conduct legal action only for the purpose of protecting the Fair against event concept, copyright and trademark violations, image branding, marketing methods, unauthorized information (video interview, radio interview, phone interview, email communication, etc.)

Visitors, Exhibitors and Medias agrees to pay all legal fees (lawyers’ court, collection agency’s fees, etc.) that Fair Management will require for legal action to protect its copyright in whole or in part, in any form and at all times for each Job Fair.
